  • Preparation of various MIS reports on HR
  • ERP system maintenance and periodical report generation
  • Facilitate other initiatives like Quality Circle EMS, QMS, OHSAS and Safety Committee activities

 

STATUTORY

  • Liaison with various government agencies / regulatory authorities
  • Thorough knowledge in labour & factory laws

 

EMPLOYEE RELATIONS(IR)

  • Coordinating and maintaining harmonious  relations with the union
  • Grievance handling
  • Effective handling of IR related issues
  • Various pro-active employee relation activities
  • Monitor the effectiveness of security, time office and welfare measures at the unit level
